University Lake School [Hartland] sophomore Molly Seidel set the D3 3200m run record in 2009 [10:49.98]. she clipped 10+ seconds off that time by setting a new D3 record of 10:39.88 in the 3200m.

University Lake School [Hartland] sophomore Molly Seidel [#1] followed up her 3200m record setting run on Friday by winning the 1600m Gold Medal on Saturday with a time of 5:06.39. Gabby Levac Wins The 16 and 32 And Alaina Murphy Wins 800m

Gabby Levac's senior season at Arrowhead ended with two wins in the 32k and 16k races. She is pictured above right in the 3200m race with Waukesha North athlete Jenna McMiller a junior who finished in 2nd in the 1600m race and third in the 3200m race.
