Bellin Sports Medicine worked with Algoma coaches and athletes on a quality routine that included warm-up and strengthening exercises. Athletes and coaches from the spring sports participated as Bellin instructors demonstrated and trained the athletes in a unified warmup routine.

The Community Fitness Center did not allow for a pole vault runway with a box. To solve that problem a former head coach Lyle Schmiling [the father of present head coach Steve Schmiling] constructed a wood runway with box that could easily be assembled.

Lyle had an incredible talent for woodworking and fixing anything mechanical. His legacy for helping others lives on with the wood pole vault runway.

Some of the field athletes worked on their specialities at the end of the Bellin Sports Medicine presentation.
