Rock Valley Conference Quadrangular  Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at Brodhead. Results.

Three things combined to make the Brodhead quadrangular a special meet for me. Two of my favorite hobbies are track and field and aviation. Seeing a track meet in person opposed to compiling stats late at night and early in the morning [This could explain the mistakes Wisconsin Track Online makes in trying to rush results out- "old news is no news"] and watching vintage biplanes fly out of the nearby Brodhead airport was fun. And the third thing being seeing coaches and officials who have made producing a website for track and field very worthwhile. The 100m race featured the last State Meet D2 State Champion and Record Holder in that event. Running in lane one [above right] Sylvia Johansen won her first 100m dash [12.9 hht] event of the 2021 season. No team scores were listed in the Rock Valley Conference Quadrangular which included Big Foot, Clinton, Turner and host Brodhead/Juda. |
