Regional qualifiers from the regionals at Princeton, Cedar Grove Belgium, Darlington, and Palmyra-Eagle competed at Cambridge High School in the Deerfield Sectional. On Thursday long periods of lightning and torrential rains caused the meet to be moved to Friday, May 27, at 10 AM. Twenty-nine teams scored points at the sectional with coach Kevin Klueger's Dodgeland team winning the meet with 85 points followed by Benton-Scales Mound-Shullsburg, St. Mary's Springs, Cuba City, and Deerfield. Despite the delay from Thursday night to Friday morning a large crowd attended the Friday meet. The top 4 individuals in each event and relay now advance to the State meet in La Crosse on June 2-3.
